To Order
Ordering is easy - all you have to do is: 1) select the title/s required; 2) complete
the order form (or write a note);  3) enclose a cheque payable to Trumedia Ltd; 
4)  send by post.

Alternatively, we can accept payment by PayPal if you are a member. Please use sales@trumedia.co.uk or request a Paypal invoice. Remember to tell us the title(s) you require and your name and address. Thank you!

Delivery
We will despatch your order with all reasonable speed. This is normally within
ten days, though on occasion titles may be temporarily be out of stock.
We will then send as soon as possible and advise you if the delay extends beyond three weeks. Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date.

(Our dealership agreements mean we are not able to supply certain BBC
and Channel Four videos, which are produced for school use only.)

OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS

Ordering and other information
We are happy to supply overseas educational institutions, where our dealership agreements permit. 

Please email us first for a quotation, which will include shipping costs to your country.
We request payment in advance for all overseas orders. This may be in pounds sterling or in euros. Payment may be made by 1) credit card, including Visa and Maestro; 2) cheque drawn on a UK bank; 3)  bank transfer; 4)  banker's draft;
 5) Paypal.

Important note: Please be sure that your DVD equipment is compatible with UK format recordings. For example, the UK uses the Region 2 DVD format. It is your responsibility to ensure technical compatibility.

Unfortunately, we cannot supply private overseas orders, except in exceptional circumstances. This decision was made after careful thought, and we apologise for any inconvenience caused.
