Trumedia
was first established at Oxford
Brookes University, formerly the Oxford Polytechnic, in 1986. Founded within the
Television Research Unit (hence TRUmedia), Trumedia pioneered the sale of
videos to schools and colleges in the UK. Trumedia is now an independent company, with no ties to the college (although our MD was formerly a member of the senior management team.) | How to Order | ||||

Schools/Colleges We prefer an official order which can be faxed, emailed, or posted. (If you wish to email, please include full details of your name, order number and school/college address in the text.) We also accept telephoned orders, providing you can keep the Bursar sweet! Payment is due at this office within 30 days. We can now accept credit card orders and payments by post, fax or phone. For your own security, please do not email credit card details. We are not yet e-commerce enabled, but this is now in progress. |

Private Customers You can order by post, on a cheque with order basis. Please note our prices are PLUS VAT: please add 17.5% to your order total to cover this. You can also pay using PayPal if you are a member. Please use sales@trumedia.co.uk or request a Paypal invoice. Remember to tell us the title(s) you require and your name and address. | Overseas
customers We are happy to supply overseas educational institutions, where our dealership agreements permit. Please email us first for a quotation, which will include shipping costs to your country. We request payment in advance for all overseas orders. This may be in pounds sterling or in euros. Payment may be made by 1) credit card, including Visa and Maestro (not AmEx); 2) cheque drawn on a UK bank; 3) bank transfer; 4) banker's draft; 5) Paypal. Important note: Please be sure that your DVD equipment is compatible with UK format recordings. For example, the UK uses the Region 2 DVD format. It is your responsibility to ensure technical compatibility. Unfortunately, we cannot supply private overseas orders, except in exceptional circumstances. This decision was made after careful thought, and we apologise for any inconvenience caused. |

it may be returned by schools for exchange or credit within four
weeks of purchase. No quibbles; no financial

| We have built our reputation on the range of
titles carried and the speed of delivery. Normally, orders will
arrive on your desk within a week. Some orders might take extra
time to complete; if so, any urgently needed titled can be sent in
advance of the main order. If an unexpected delay occurs, we will
endeavour to keep you informed of
